WebFeb 28, 2016 · A Dell Optiplex 7010, only about no more than 2 years old, just will not start! The indicator light is still white as it should be with no blinking. When you power it on, the Dell logo pops up as usual but when it starts to try to boot, the screen goes blank. Then in about 10 seconds the dell logo pops back up as if retrying.
