WebOct 23, 2012 · 422 Posts. #2 · Jan 9, 2012. Funny, I did the exact opposite. Went from a 2002 Odyssey to a 2008 CRV now back to a 2010 Odyssey. Just the wife and I but we were used to the utility and comfort of a van. The CRV was a beast (about 4000lbs loaded) with no low end grunt for passing. WebJun 10, 2013 · It's NOT great for vacations for a family of 5, because the storage space isn't great...but, we love it. It seats up to 7, and the 3rd row seats are so easy to put up and down. I really can't recommend it enough. If you don't NEED to seat 7 on a regular basis, it's one of the best cars we've had. They are expensive though, so heads up on that.
