Actually, you'll see more of your companion's past than your own. Even ignoring that, every character has their own lore. So, for maximal exploration/fun, I suggest having 4 origin characters in your party. WebSep 24, 2024 · At the beginning of act 2 you can hire mercenaries. Some of which are undead. They dont come with any plot or whatever. They're just extra bodies to put in your party. No option to change a living companion to an undead one. But there is a magical mask that can turn someone to any other race when worn. Just not undead.
