WebThe ctypes.util.find_library isn't quite flexible (or thorough) enough for this kind of use (which I would think was widespread). Even just a function that searched through PYTHONPATH for the file would have been quite useful (though not hard to write). It seems cairo depends a shared library which is not in standard search library, however, the python is calling dlopen to dynamic load the library, so you could try to put the libcairo.so.2 (if it's a link, then make sure the reference locates at the same folder) in the working directory.
