If you view through the resource view the trees leave a green resource marking patch. On the green is where you must place the industry or they will be forced to import. WebFrom what I understand the chain is like Oil>Storage>Processing Buildings (if needing products) or Export. Correct. Extractor -> storage -> processor or export -> and repeat for each step of chain. If your warehouses were full , first I’d look at what the warehouse settings were at, and change setting if needed.
